Abstract

Současný stav a perspektivy vývoje kapacit pobytových sociálních služeb pro seniory v SO ORP Kraje Vysočina Abstrakt Práce se zabývá zhodnocením současných kapacit pobytových sociálních služeb pro seniory v SO ORP Kraje Vysočina a nastíněním jejich možným budoucím vývojem. Nejprve byla vytvořena projekce obyvatel v SO ORP na základě projekce obyvatel Kraje Vysočina a demografických charakteristik daných správních obvodů. Z Registru poskytovatelů sociálních služeb byla získána data o současných kapacitách domovů pro seniory a domovů se zvláštním režimem v jednotlivých SO ORP. Na základě námi sestavené projekce obyvatelstva a současných kapacit pobytových sociálních služeb byly vypočítány modelové odhady kapacit těchto zařízení ve správních obvodech Kraje Vysočina. Bylo zjištěno, že aby byla zachována současná dostupnost pobytových služeb, měly by se kapacity do roku 2050 v průměru navýšit o více než třetinu. K nejvyššímu relativnímu nárůstu kapacit by mělo dojít v SO ORP Velké Meziříčí a SO ORP Jihlava, což je dáno nejvyšším očekávaným nárůstem počtu seniorů v těchto obvodech. Pro získání informací o situaci dostupnosti sociálních služeb v daném obvodu, z pohledu samotných obcí s rozšířenou působností, bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření, v němž byli osloveni vedoucí odboru sociálních služeb všech 15 obcí....

Current state and perspectives of development of residential social services capacities for the elderly in MEP administrative discricts of the Vysočina Region Abstract The thesis deals with the evaluation of the current capacities of residential social services for seniors in the administrative discricts of municipalities with extended powers (AD MEP) of the Vysočina Region and an outline of their possible future development. First, a projection of the population in MEP administrative discricts was created on the basis of the projection of the population of the Vysočina Region and the demographic characteristics of the given administrative districts. Data on the current capacities of homes for the elderly and homes with a special regime in individual MEP administrative discricts were obtained from the Register of Social Service Providers. Based on our projection of the population and the current capacities of residential social services, model estimates of the capacities of these facilities in the administrative districts of the Vysočina Region were calculated. It was found that in order to maintain the current availability of residential services, capacities should increase by more than a third by 2050.
