Abstract

Vliv spirituálního prožitku na volbu povolání pomáhající profese v oblasti sociální práce. Abstrakt: Rigorózní práce zkoumá vliv spirituálního prožitku na rozhodování při volbě pomáhající profese v oblasti sociální práce. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vysvětlení klíčových pojmů a přehled výzkumu spirituality. Dále se v ní shrnují myšlenky hlavních badatelů v oblasti spirituality, jako jsou Carl Gustav Jung, Erich Fromm, William James, Abraham Maslow, a Stanislav Grof. Praktická část pak spojuje teoretický základ s poznatky získanými při zkoumání konkrétních zkušeností. Obsahuje sedm rozhovorů, které byly analyzovány pomocí interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy. Abstract: Rigorous work examines the influence of spiritual experience on decision-making when choosing a helping profession in the field of social work. The theoretical part focuses on the explanation of key terms and an overview of spirituality research. It also summarizes the ideas of major researchers in the field of spirituality, such as Carl Gustav Jung, Erich Fromm, William James, Abraham Maslow, and Stanislav Grof. The practical part then combines the theoretical basis with the knowledge gained during the examination of specific experiences.
