Abstract

Právní režim provozování sportovních volnočasových aktivit na území národních parků v ČR Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice právní úpravy volnočasových aktivit v národních parcích v České republice. První část práce shrnuje vývoj v oblasti ochrany přírody a krajiny, a to zejména v kontextu vzniku národních parků na našem území. Další část popisuje klíčové prameny práva v České republice, které se této oblasti týkají. Zároveň jsou zde vymezeny také jednotlivé právní nástroje, jež slouží k ochraně národních parků. Třetí část práce podrobněji rozvádí, jakým způsobem ochranné nástroje stanovují mantinely výkonu vybraných volnočasových aktivit na území národních parků. Ve čtvrté části této práce je podrobněji popsáno institucionální zajištění ochrany přírody v národních parcích, přičemž blíže se práce věnuje funkci stráže přírody. Hlavním cílem této práce je přehledně sumarizovat právní předpisy a ustanovení, jež formují ochranu přírody na území národních parků v České republice. Neméně důležitým cílem této práce je zjistit, do jaké míry a jakým způsobem jsou tyto právní předpisy uplatňovány a vymáhány v reálné praxi. Legal regime of sport and leisure activities in national parks of the Czech Republic This thesis focuses on the legal regulation of leisure activities in the national parks in the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis summarises the development of nature and landscape protection, especially in the context of the establishment of the national parks in the Czech Republic. The next section describes the main sources of legislation in the Czech Republic in this area. At the same time, the various legal instruments used for the protection of national parks are also defined. The third part of the thesis elaborates in more detail, how the protection instruments set boundaries for carrying out selected leisure activities in national parks. In the fourth part of this thesis, the institutional arrangements of nature protection are described in more detail, with a particular focus on the role of nature rangers. The main objective of this thesis is to summarise the legal regulations and provisions that shape nature protection in the territory of national parks in the Czech Republic. An equally important aim of the thesis is to assess the regulatory enforcement in practice.
