Abstract

Nacistická okupace zbylého území Čech a Moravy, vytvoření Protektorátu Čechy a Morava a následné události představují nepochybně jedno ze stěžejních témat české historiografie. V minulých desetiletích se české historiografii podařilo přiblížit a analyzovat principy okupační politiky, postavení protektorátu v rámci Velkoněmecké říše, objasnit sociální a ekonomické otázky v daném prostoru nebo zapojení protektorátu do hospodářských mechanismů říšské ekonomiky, nastínit odpovědi na otázky kolaborace, resistence, způsob rasové a politické persekuce, podíl jednotlivců a skupin na těchto zločinech. Až donedávna se historiografie jen málo dotýkala výzkumu metod konfiskací uměleckých předmětů na území Protektorátu Čechy a Morava. Disertační práce vychází z potřeby objasnit metody, technické, personální a legislativní zajištění konfiskací movitého uměleckého majetku nepřátel nacionálně socialistického režimu na území Protektorátu Čechy a Morava, přiblížit je v určité chronologické a věcné posloupnosti a vystihnout způsob provádění konfiskačních operací. The Nazi occupation of the territory of Bohemia and Moravia, the creation of Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia and subsequent events are without any doubt one of the fundamental themes of the Czech historiography. In last decades the Czech historiography brought near and analyzed the basic principles of the ocupation politics, position of the Protectorare of Bohemia and Moravia within the Grossgerman Empire, clarified the social and economic relations, integration to mechanism of the Nazi economy, outlined the principles of collaboration, restistance, racial and political persecution, the proportion of individuals and groups on this crimes. On the other hand, it very rarely touched the research of methods of spoliation of cultural assets on the territory of Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. This Doctoral Thesis retlects the need to clarify methods, technical, personal and legislative framework of spoliations of moveable art assets of the enemies of National Socialist Regime in Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia, bring closer in a certain chronological and factual order and capture of spoliation methods.
