Vývoj státního občanství německého obyvatelstva v Československu letech 1918-1992

Abstract

1 ABSTRAKT Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem státního občanství německého obyvatelstva v Československu po celou dobu trvání státu. Důraz je kladen na klíčové události a politická rozhodnutí, která měla vliv na udělování, ztrátu či odebírání státního občanství obyvatelům hlásícím se k německé národnosti. Metodologicky práce kombinuje analýzu historických pramenů (včetně dokumentů z rodinného archivu) s interpretací legislativních opatření. Cílem této práce je poskytnout ucelenější pohled na vztah mezi německým obyvatelstvem a československým státem, přispět k lepšímu pochopení historických souvislostí a utváření národní identity v Československu. 1 ABSTRACT This bachelor's thesis deals with the development of citizenship of the German population in Czechoslovakia throughout the state's existence. The emphasis is placed on key events and political decisions that influenced the granting, loss, or revocation of citizenship to individuals identifying with the German nationality. Methodologically, the thesis combines the analysis of historical sources (including documents from my family archive) with the interpretation of legislative measures. The aim of this thesis is to provide a more comprehensive view of the relationship between the German population and the Czechoslovak state, contribute to a better understanding of historical contexts, and the formation of national identity in Czechoslovakia.
