Prožívání disociace: Etnopsychiatrická perspektiva a subjektivní reflexe

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se v obecné rovině věnuje specifické oblasti antropologického bádání - etnopsychiatrii, oboru, který zkoumá propojení mezi kulturou, duševním zdravím a psychopatologií. Práce nabídne přehled vývoje etnopsychiatrie jako disciplíny a jejích klíčových badatelů, se zvláštním důrazem na to, jak různé kulturní kontexty ovlivňují chápání a léčbu duševních poruch. Zvláštní pozornost bude v práci věnována disociaci a její interpretaci v českém prostředí. Cílem práce je porozumět reflexi a prožitku disociativních stavů u jedinců, kteří s tímto jevem mají osobní zkušenost. Za využití metody narativního interview je záměrem přispět k hlubšímu porozumění stavů disociace a jejich prožívání z emické perspektivy. Práce ukáže, jak jednotlivci vnímají a interpretují své vlastní zkušenosti s disociací v kontextu osobních, kulturních a sociálních vlivů. The bachelor's thesis focuses generally on a specific area of anthropological research - ethnopsychiatry, a field that explores the links between culture, mental health and psychopathology. The thesis will offer an overview of the development of ethnopsychiatry as a discipline and its key researchers, with particular emphasis on how different cultural contexts influence the understanding and treatment of mental disorders. Special attention will be paid to dissociation and its interpretation in the Czech environment. The aim of the thesis is to understand the reflection and experience of dissociative states in individuals who have personal experience with this phenomenon. Using the narrative interview method, the intention is to contribute to a deeper understanding of dissociation states and their experience from an emic perspective. The thesis will show how individuals perceive and interpret their own experiences of dissociation in the context of personal, cultural and social influences.
