Revitalizační strategie odborových organizací v České republice

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je prozkoumat rozdíly ve využívání revitalizačních strategií mezi dvěma největšími odborovými centrálami, Českomoravskou konfederací odborových svazů a Asociací samostatných odborů, a analyzovat, jak dostupné zdroje ovlivňují výběr těchto strategií. Práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci revitalizačních strategií prostřednictvím kvalitativní obsahové analýzy tří typů dat: přepisů televizních vysílání, článků publikovaných centrálami a strategických dokumentů z roku 2022. Výsledky ukázaly, že Českomoravská konfederace odborových svazů využívá širší spektrum strategií než Asociace samostatných odborů, což mohlo být ovlivněno větším množstvím lidských a finančních zdrojů. Diplomová práce pracuje s hypotézou zkoumající vliv dostupných zdrojů na volbu umírněných nebo konfrontačních taktik odborovými centrálami. Hypotéza předpokládá, že větší dostupnost zdrojů povede k volbě umírněnějších taktik pro revitalizaci organizace. Výzkum však odhalil, že Českomoravská konfederace odborových svazů, která měla k dispozici více zdrojů, uspořádala více protestů než Asociace samostatných odborů disponující méně zdroji, což stanovenou hypotézu nepotvrdilo. The aim of this thesis was to explore the differences in the use of revitalization strategies between the trade union confederations Czech-Moravian Confederation of Trade Unions and Association of Independent Trade Unions and to analyze how available resources influence the selection of these strategies. The thesis focuses on identifying revitalization strategies through qualitative content analysis of three types of data: transcripts of television broadcasts, articles published by the confederations, and strategic documents from 2022. The findings revealed that Czech-Moravian Confederation of Trade Unions employs a wider range of strategies compared to Association of Independent Trade Unions, which may be influenced by the greater availability of human and financial resources. The thesis examined the hypothesis that available resources influence the choice of moderate or confrontational tactics by trade union confederations. The hypothesis suggested that greater resource availability would lead to the selection of more moderate tactics for organizational revitalization.
