Význam a role pedagogického asistenta v preprimárním vzdělávání na Praze 5

Abstract

(česky) Diplomová práce se zabývá pozicí pedagogických asistentů v mateřských školách na Praze 5. Hlavním záměrem práce je definovat činnosti, které asistenti pedagoga v mateřských školách v praxi vykonávají, odhalit určitá pozitiva a negativa této pozice a také poznat nejčastější důvody a diagnózy dětí pro zaměstnání asistenta pedagoga. První část práce přináší teoretické poznání pozice pedagogického asistenta (legislativní uchopení, historické souvislosti apod.), rozdíly mezi osobním, školním a pedagogickým asistentem, dále také seznámení s podpůrnými opatřeními či speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a v neposlední řadě tato část také definuje předškolní období, včetně vzdělávání. Druhá část náleží vyhodnocení výzkumu. Pro zmapování situace v mateřských školách byla zvolena metoda online dotazníkového šetření, která měla 2 verze - jedna určena pedagogům a druhá asistentům pedagoga v mateřských školách v lokalitě Prahy 5. Pro získání podrobnějších informací byla použita ještě metoda rozhovoru s jedním zástupcem z řad učitelů a jedním pedagogickým asistentem. Ze získaných výsledků vyplývá pozitivní skutečnost a to, že mezi učiteli a asistenty pedagoga převládají kladné vztahy, což je pro vzdělávání dětí určitě důležité, poněvadž jak je známo, na vývoj dětí velmi působí jejich okolí. (in English): The thesis deals with the position of teaching assistants in kindergartens in Prague 5. The main aim of the thesis is to define the activities that teaching assistants perform in kindergartens, to identify certain positives and negatives of this position, and to understand the most common reasons and diagnoses of children for employing a teaching assistant. The first part of the thesis provides a theoretical understanding of the position of the teaching assistant (including legislative framework, historical context, etc.), the differences between a personal assistant, a school assistant, and a teaching assistant, as well as an introduction to support measures or special educational needs. This part also defines the preschool period, including education. The second part is dedicated to evaluating the research. To map the situation in kindergartens, an online questionnaire survey method was chosen, which had two versions - one intended for teachers and the other for teaching assistants in kindergartens in the Prague 5 area. To obtain more detailed information, the interview method was also used, with one representative from the teachers and one teaching assistant.
