Abstract

Vývoj a struktura kriminality v ČR Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat a analyzovat strukturu a vývoj kriminality na území České republiky v letech 2011 až 2023 s důrazem kladeným na vnější faktory, které kriminalitu v těchto letech ovlivňovaly. Zaměřena je na vývoj registrované kriminality jako celku i jejích jednotlivých druhů, vývoj struktury pachatelů trestné činnosti, územního rozložení páchané kriminality i vývoj nejčetněji páchaných trestných činů. Primárním zdrojem informací užívaných v této práci jsou statistiky Policie České republiky, Zprávy o situaci v oblasti vnitřní bezpečnosti a veřejného pořádku na území České republiky pro sledované roky, ale i jiná dostupná statistická data. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretický úvod do problematiky kriminality. Na základně dosavadního kriminologického poznání definuje pojem kriminality i dalších souvisejících pojmů, které prostupují celou prací. Zároveň popisuje základní zdroje informací o kriminalitě a blíže představuje strukturu a členění kriminality dle policejních statistik, ze kterých je v práci primárně vycházeno. Structure and development of criminality in the Czech Republic The aim of this thesis is to describe and analyse the structure and development of crime in the Czech Republic between years 2011 and 2023, with an emphasis on the external factors influencing crime in these years. It focuses on the development of registered crime as a whole and its individual types, the development of the structure of offenders, the territorial distribution of crime and the development of the most frequently committed crimes. The primary sources of information used in this work are the statistics of the Police of the Czech Republic, Reports on the situation in the field of internal security and public order in the territory of the Czech Republic for the monitored years, as well as other available statistical data. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical introduction to the issue of crime. Based on the existing criminological knowledge, it defines the concept of crime and other related terms that permeate the whole work.
