Výskyt a prevence šikany na jihokorejských školách

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou šikany na jihokorejských školách s důrazem na její výskyt, příčiny a prevenci. Šikana představuje závažný problém s hlubokými dopady nejen na jednotlivce, ale i na společnost jako celek a Korejská republika čelí této výzvě stejně, jako mnoho dalších zemí po celém světě. Práce začíná teoretickým základem, představuje korejský školní systém a poskytuje historický kontext jejího vývoje od 50. let 20. století po současnost. Pokračuje analýzou různorodých faktorů, které přispívají k prevalenci šikany v korejském vzdělávacím systému. Kromě toho práce zkoumá konkrétní preventivní opatření, která jsou v Korejské republice současně implementována. Cílem práce je poskytnout komplexní pohled na šikanu v jihokorejském kontextu a zkoumat opatření, která jsou v současné době implementována k její prevenci.

This bachelor's thesis examines the issue of bullying in South Korean schools with an emphasis on its prevalence, causes and prevention. Bullying is a serious problem with profound effects not only on individuals but also on society and the Republic of Korea faces this challenge as do many other countries around the world. This paper begins with a theoretical foundation, introduces the Korean school system, and provides a historical context for its development from the 1950s to the present times. It continues with an analysis of diverse factors that contribute to the prevalence of bullying in the Korean education system. In addition, the paper examines specific prevention measures that are being implemented simultaneously in the Republic of Korea. The purpose of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive view of bullying in the South Korean context and to examine the measures that are currently being implemented to prevent bullying.
