Motivace sociálních pracovníků k odborné práci s lidmi s poruchou intelektu

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the motivation of social workers to professional work with people with intellectual disability. The aim of this thesis is to identify and describe the motivation of social workers to professional work with people with intellectual disability. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the thesis describes social work and its characteristics related to the target group of people with intellectual disability and social workers. Furthermore, there is described intellectual disability and the characteristics of people with intellectual disability and their position in society. The thesis then focuses on the description of motivation and the specificity of motivation to social work. Finally, there is provided a summary of existing knowledge about the motivation of social workers. In the practical part, there are introduced the research objectives and questions. Then, the methodology is described, which includes qualitative research using semi-structured interviews. Subsequently, the entire research process is presented, including its preparation, implementation, data analysis, and evaluation. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá motivací sociálních pracovníků k odborné práci s lidmi s poruchou intelektu. Cílem této práce je zjistit a popsat, jakou mají sociální pracovníci motivaci k odborné práci s lidmi s poruchou intelektu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce popisuje sociální práci a její charakteristiku vztaženou na cílovou skupinou lidí s poruchou intelektu a sociální pracovníky. Dále je zde popsána porucha intelektu a charakteristika lidí s poruchou intelektu a jejich postavení ve společnosti. Poté se práce věnuje deskripci motivace a specifice motivace k sociální práci. Na konec je v práci uveden souhrn dosavadních poznatků o motivaci sociálních pracovníků. V praktické části jsou nejdříve představeny výzkumné cíle a otázky. Poté je popsána metodologie, která zahrnuje kvalitativní výzkum s metodou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Následně je představen celý výzkum, tedy jeho příprava, průběh a dále analýza dat a vyhodnocení. Na konec je uvedena diskuze, kde jsou popsány přednosti a limity práce, interpretace dat a srovnání s výzkumy uvedenými v teoretické části. Ze zpracovaných dat z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů je zjištěno, že motivace sociálních pracovníků může být následující: pomáhat lidem a společnosti; dělat to, co je baví a vnitřně...
