Uplatnění agilního přístupu ve vzdělávání (případová studie)

Abstract

This master's thesis focuses on the implementation of an agile approach in a non-traditional context, specifically in education. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the potential use of the agile approach in education and its impact on teaching effectiveness, student motivation, and satisfaction with the learning process. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the agile approach and its methodology, which served as the basis for the development of an agile educational approach. It also describes current trends in modern education, reflecting the expectations of contemporary students regarding their studies and their preferred learning methods. Subsequently, the thesis focuses on specific agile methods in education and summarizes the state of research and the results of case studies as a basis for the practical part of the work. In this way, the thesis provides a theoretical framework for this issue, based on current studies. The practical part of the thesis includes qualitative research in the form of semi-structured interviews and presents the results of this research. Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na implementaci agilního přístupu v netradičním kontextu, konkrétně ve vzdělávání. Cílem práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit možnosti využití agilního přístupu ve vzdělávání a jeho dopad na efektivitu výuky, motivaci studentů a jejich spokojenost s výukou. Teoretická část práce se zabývá představením agilního přístupu a jeho metodologií, které posloužily jako základ pro vývoj agilního vzdělávacího přístupu. Dále je zde popsáno současné trendy moderního vzdělávání, které reflektují očekávání současných studentů od svého studia a jejich preferované metody učení. Následně se práce zaměřuje na konkrétní agilní metody ve vzdělávání a shrnuje stav výzkumu a výsledky případových studií jako podklad pro praktickou část práce. Tímto způsobem práce přináší teoretický rámec k této problematice, opírající se o aktuální studie. V praktické části práce je proveden kvalitativní výzkum formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a jsou prezentovány výsledky tohoto výzkumu.
