Analýza vybraných učebnic občanské výchovy z hlediska genderu

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá analýzou tří vybraných učebnic občanské výchovy pro 6. ročník základní školy z hlediska genderu. Cílem bylo za pomoci kvalitativní a kvantitativní obsahové analýzy zjistit, zda jsou v učebnicích ženy a muži vyobrazeni v genderově stereotypních rolích či nikoli a v jakém počtu jsou zastoupeni. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je věnována vysvětlení pojmů pohlaví a gender, genderové socializaci, genderu v prostředí školy a nakonec genderu v jazyce. Praktická část je věnována samotné analýze učebnic. Výsledkem analýzy je zjištění, že jsou ve všech učebnicích ve výrazné početní převaze muži nad ženami. This thesis is focused on the analysis of three chosen civics textbooks for the 6th grade of primary school from the perspective of gender. The aim was to find out, using qualitative and quantitative content analysis, whether or not women and men are depicted in gender stereotyped roles and in what numbers they are represented. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is dedicated to explaining the concepts of sex and gender, gender socialisation, gender in the school environment and gender in language. The practical part is dedicated to the analysis of the textbooks. As a result of the analysis, it is found that in all textbooks women are significantly outnumbered by men.
