Subjektivní hodnocení uživatelů komunitníchslužeb v oblasti péče o duševní zdraví

Abstract

The present dissertation focuses on the evaluation of the effectiveness of community services provided in Mental Health Centres. Its theoretical framework provides a description of domestic and international studies and concepts that serve as the main theoretical underpinnings for the thesis. The thesis explores the conceptualization of serious mental illness, including its description, epidemiological overview, diagnosis, treatment, and the concept of recovery as a central approach in the care of persons with serious mental illness. It also describes the system of psychiatric care, psychiatric and psychosocial rehabilitation, the functioning of the Mental Health Centres and the methods of evaluating the provision of psychiatric care in the Czech Republic. A qualitative longitudinal study involving two data collections was used to answer the research questions. Reflective thematic analysis was used to process the data. The research was based on interviews with clients of Mental Health Centers III and their family members, whose statements mapped their expectations and the fulfillment of these expectations. Předkládaná disertační práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení efektivity komunitních služeb poskytovaných v Centrech duševního zdraví. Její teoretický rámec přináší popis tuzemských a zahraničních studií a konceptů, které slouží jako hlavní teoretická východiska pro práci. Práce se věnuje konceptualizaci závažných duševních onemocnění, včetně jejich popisu, epidemiologického přehledu, diagnostiky, terapie a konceptu zotavení, jakožto stěžejního přístupu v péči o osoby se závažným duševním onemocněním. Dále je zde popsán systém psychiatrické péče, psychiatrické a psychosociální rehabilitace, fungování Center duševního zdraví a způsoby hodnocení poskytované psychiatrické péče v ČR. Pro získání odpovědí na výzkumné otázky byla využita kvalitativní longitudinální studie zahrnující dva sběry dat. Pro zpracování dat byla využita reflexivní tematická analýza. Výzkum vychází z rozhovorů s klienty Center duševního zdáví III a jejich rodinnými příslušníky, jejichž výpovědi mapovaly jejich očekávání a naplnění těchto očekávání. Empirická část dále mapuje představy respondentů o individuálním zotavení a předkládá reflexi způsobu naplňování cílů definovaných Strategií reformy psychiatrické péče perspektivou jejich zkušeností.
