Postavení sociálních pracovníků na Úřadu práce - oddělení Hmotná nouze

Abstract

The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part which focuses on the Job Centre, the definition of basic concepts, services and activities of the Job Centre and its structure, material need benefits and the social workers concentrating on the material need agenda. The second part deals with the research and describes the research strategy and other relevant aspects of the research. The crucial point of the thesis is to describe the position of the social worker in the Department of Material Needs when working with clients. The main objective is to describe 'What is the experience of social workers with their position in the Department of Material Need when working with clients?'. The thesis takes into account the work of a social worker in the Department of Material Needs and what they have to deal with in the position. The thesis also focuses on how the social worker carries out the material hardship benefits agenda. As for the research method, we used qualitative research with the IPA (Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis) method, a qualitative approach and Exploratory Coding. Diplomová práce je rozdělená na dvě části - na teoretickou část, která se zaměřuje na Úřad práce, vymezení základních pojmů, služby a činnosti Úřadu práce a jeho strukturu, dávky hmotné nouze a v neposlední řadě sociální pracovníky v agendě hmotné nouze. Druhá část se zabývá výzkumem, popisuje strategii výzkumu a jeho další relevantní aspekty. Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je popsat postavení sociálního pracovníka v oddělení Hmotné nouze při práci s klienty. Hlavním cílem je popsat "Jakou zkušenost mají sociální pracovníci se svým postavením v oddělení Hmotné nouze při práci s klienty?". Předkládaná práce zohledňuje práci sociálního pracovníka na agendě hmotné nouze a také to, s čím se musí v dané pozici potýkat. Práce se dále zaměřuje na způsob, jak v současné době sociální pracovník vykonává agendu dávek pomoci v hmotné nouzi. Pro výzkum k dané diplomové práci jsme použili kvalitativní výzkum s metodou IPA (Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis), kvalitativní přístup a Explorativní kódování. V empirické části práce jsou zodpovězeny jednotlivé dílčí výzkumné otázky a na základě jejich výsledků je také odpovězeno na hlavní výzkumnou otázku.
