Fenomén vrcholně středověkého kazatelství se zaměřením na dominikánská latinsky psaná kázání ze 13. století

Abstract

The thesis is devoted to Latin preaching in the 13th century, it maps its state and changes and discusses in more detail a new specific form of preaching, the so-called thematic sermon. The second content focus of the thesis is the Order of the Brothers Preachers, which emerges in the same period. Both of these central themes of the thesis are set in the context of high medieval phenomena that had a considerable influence on the formation of both preaching and the Dominican Order. It is its own reflection on its approach to preaching that is the subject of the analysis of texts coming from the two masters of the Order. The specifics of Dominican preaching and its relation to the thematic sermon of the time are supported by an analysis of three Dominican sermons delivered at the University of Paris.

Bakalářská práce se věnuje latinskému kazatelství ve 13. století, mapuje jeho stav a proměny a blíže rozebírá novou specifickou formu kázání, tzv. thematického kázání. Druhým obsahovým těžištěm práce je Řád bratří kazatelů, který vzniká v témže období. Obě tato ústřední témata práce jsou zasazena do kontextu vrcholně středověkých fenoménů, jež měly značný vliv na formování jak kazatelství, tak dominikánského řádu. Právě jeho vlastní reflexe přístupu ke kazatelství je předmětem rozboru textů pocházejících od dvou magistrů řádů. Specifika dominikánského kazatelství a jeho souvislost s thematickým kázáním té doby jsou podepřeny rozborem tří dominikánských kázání pronesených na pařížské univerzitě.
