Osoba Beránka v Knize Zjevení a její starozákonní předobrazy

Abstract

The thesis focuses on the representation of Christ as a Lamb in the Book of Revelati- on. The first chapter briefly states into the genre of the book and introduces its author, time and place of creation. The second chapter similarly briefly summarizes the main Old Testament sources, describes how John follows prophet tradition and, in a separate section, deals with Christological titles that have their foreshadow in the Old Testament and among which Christ presented as the Lamb has a prominent place. The following two chapters are the core of the thesis. First, it is an exegesis of the passages in which the Lamb person appears; related verses are also incorporated into the interpretation as needed. The following chapter deals with the individual titles and images that are told about Christ the Lamb in the Book of Revelation, their Old Testament prefigures and the interpretation of these images by the author of the Book of Revelation. Práce se zabývá zobrazením Krista jako Beránka v Knize Zjevení. První kapitola stručně uvádí do žánru knihy a představuje jejího autora, dobu a místo vzniku. Druhá kapitola obdobně stručně shrnuje hlavní starozákonní zdroje, navázání Jana na prorockou tra- dici a v samostatné části se věnuje christologickým titulům, které mají svůj předobraz ve Starém zákoně a mezi nimiž má své výrazené místo Kristus představený jako Berá- nek. Jádrem práce jsou pak následující dvě kapitoly. Nejprve se jedná o exegezi pasáží, ve kterých vystupuje osoba Beránka; podle potřeby jsou do výkladu začleněny i sou- visející verše. Následující kapitola se zabývá jednotlivými tituly a přirovnáními, které jsou v Knize Zjevení vypovídány o Kristu Beránkovi, jejich starozákonními předobrazy a interpretací těchto obrazů autorem Knihy Zjevení.
