Komparace přístupu k obchodování s lidmi za účelem sexuálního vykořisťování v České a Slovenské republice

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of sex trafficking in the Czech and Slovak Republics from the division of Czechoslovakia to the present. The aim of the thesis is to compare the development of both republics in the fight against this crime and emphasize the differences in their approaches to this issue. The thesis analyzes the main actors dealing with sex trafficking in both republics, namely the state sector and the non-profit sector. It examines how the policy regarding human trafficking operates in these republics and the level of cooperation between the non-profit sector and the state sector. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the theory of comparison and various comparative approaches used to compare both republics. It also addresses problematic factors that may influence the results of the comparison. The practical part of the thesis employs a mixed-method approach and gathers data through semi-structured interviews with experts on the subject. The research has shown that there are significant differences between the two republics. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku obchodování s lidmi za účelem sexuálního vykořisťování v České a Slovenské republice od rozdělení Československé republiky do současnosti. Cílem práce je porovnat vývoj obou republik v oblasti boje proti tomuto zločinu a zdůraznit rozdílnosti v jejich přístupu k této problematice. Práce analyzuje hlavní aktéry, kteří se v obou republikách zabývají sex traffickingem, a to státní sektor a neziskový sektor. Zkoumá, jakým způsobem funguje politika týkající se obchodování s lidmi v daných republikách a jaká je úroveň spolupráce mezi neziskovým sektorem a státním sektorem. Teoretická část práce se zabývá teorií komparace a různými komparačními přístupy, které jsou použity k porovnání obou republik. Dále se věnuje problematickým faktorům, které mohou ovlivnit výsledky porovnání. Praktická část práce využívá smíšeného přístupu a sbírá data prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s experty na danou problematiku. Výzkum ukázal, že mezi oběma republikami existují skutečné rozdíly.
