Péče o tým v projektech Housing First

Abstract

The thesis focuses on the topic of team care in Housing First projects. The thesis is divided into three sections, the first two being theoretical and the third empirical. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the concept of Housing First, its history, development in the world, in Europe and in the Czech Republic. The chapter describes the principles of Housing First, which are crucial for understanding the concept as such and for practice. Next, the chapter deals with the composition of the Housing First team, with special attention to the field team, the team leader and other team members such as peer workers, housing specialists and other professionals who may become members of the team. Two approaches to team leadership are mentioned and these are socalled ACT and CMT. The chapter on the Housing First approach also pays attention to the worker- client relationship as an essential working tool. The second chapter focuses on the concept of caring for the worker. It includes a legislative definition and then selected chapters on employee care such as: working conditions, psychological contract, culture, financial reward, benefits, training and education, supervision, communication, well being and self-care. Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu péče o tým v projektech Housing First. Práce je členěna do tří oddílů, kdy první dva jsou teoretické a třetí empirický. První část diplomové práce se věnuje pojmu Housing First, jeho historii, vývoji ve světě, v Evropě a v České republice. V kapitole jsou popsány principy Housing First, které jsou klíčové pro porozumění konceptu jako takového i pro praxi. Dále se kapitola zabývá složením Housing Firstového týmu, kde je speciální pozornost věnována terénnímu týmu, vedoucímu a dalším členům týmu, jako jsou peer pracovníci, bytový specialista a jiní odborníci, kteří se mohou stát členy týmu. Zmíněny jsou dva přístupy vedení týmu a to tzv. ACT a CMT. Kapitola o Housing First přístupu také věnuje patřičnou pozornost vztahu pracovníka s klientem, jakožto základnímu pracovnímu nástroji. Druhá kapitola se věnuje pojmu péče o zaměstnance. Zahrnuje legislativní vymezení a dále pak vybrané kapitoly z péče o zaměstnance, jako jsou: pracovní podmínky, psychologická smlouva, kultura, finanční ohodnocení, benefity, vzdělávání, supervize, komunikace, well being a péče o sebe sama. Jednotlivé kapitoly se vždy maximálně snaží reflektovat segment sociální práce a tam, kde je to možné přihlížet i ke specifikům projektů Housing First.
