Vývoj genderového rozdělení práce v domácnosti v závislosti na socioekonomických faktorech

Abstract

This thesis examines the development of perceptions of the gender division of labour in the household according to socio-economic factors.. The aim of the thesis is to examine how socio-economic factors in the Czech Republic influence the position and role of women in the household and how they affect the division of household labour between partners. The theoretical part is devoted first to the definition of the basic concepts of gender, gender roles and stereotypes and inequalities, then to the division of labour in the household and the factors that influence this division of labour and finally to the development of the division of domestic labour between partners since the 1960s-1970s in Czechoslovakia. The method used is secondary data analysis in the SPSS program, where bivariate (bivariate) analysis and binary logistic regression are used for data analysis. The results of the analysis show that there has been a shift towards a more equal sharing of household labour between 2013 and 2022, but it cannot be confirmed with certainty that the shift between 2020 and 2022 was influenced by the Covid 19 pandemic. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem vnímání genderového rozdělení práce v domácnosti v závislosti na socioekonomických faktorech. Cílem práce je tak ověření, jak socioekonomické faktory v České republice ovlivňují postavení a roli žen v domácnosti a jak ovlivňují sdílení práce v domácnosti mezi partnery. Teoretická část se věnuje nejprve vymezení základních pojmů gender, genderové role a stereotypy a nerovnosti, dále pak dělbě práce v domácnosti a faktory, které tuto dělbu práce ovlivňují a nakonec vývoji dělby práce v domácnosti mezi partnery od 60.-70. let 20. století v Československu. Použitou metodou je sekundární analýza dat v programu SPSS, kde jsou pro analýzu dat využity dvourozměrná (bivariační) analýza a binární logistická regrese. Z výsledků analýzy vyplývá, že mezi lety 2013 a 2022 došlo k posunu směrem k rovnocennějšímu vnímání dělby práce v domácnosti mezi partnery, nelze však s jistotou potvrdit , že měla na tento posun mezi lety 2020 a 2022 vliv pandemie Covid 19. Rovněž je možné potvrdit, že některé socioekonomické faktory na dělbu práce v domácnosti mezi partnery mají skutečně vliv.
