Abstract

Migration within the Prague Urban Region depending on the age structure Abstract The Prague Urban Region is one of the most dynamically developing regions in the Czech Republic. The migration of the population, which has increased since the 1990s, has a great importance for the development of Prague's hinterland. The aim of this work is to describe and evaluate the changes of the age structure of the Prague Urban Region inhabitants and to describe the migration development during the selected period. The first part of this thesis deals with migration, its division and connection with the life cycle. The second part is focused on the development of the population and its transformation in the Prague Urban Region. The age structure comparing the development of the population in three different periods is also included. The core part of the work analyzes internal and foreign migration in the Prague's hinterland and the relationship of migration with the natural increase comparing development in the Prague Urban Region with the rest of Czechia. For this, individual anonymized data was used in the administration of the Czech Statistical Office. Migrace v Pražském městském regionu v závislosti na věkové struktuře Abstrakt Pražský městský region je jednou z nejdynamičtěji se rozvíjející oblastí v Česku. Velký význam pro rozvoj zázemí Prahy má migrace obyvatelstva, jež nabývala na významu od 90. let 20. století. Cílem této práce je popsat a vyhodnotit změny ve věkové struktuře obyvatelstva v Pražském městském regionu a na základě migračních dat popsat vývoj migrace za vybraná období. První část práce se věnuje migraci, jejímu dělení a souvislostem s životním cyklem. Druhá část je již zaměřena na vývoj obyvatelstva a jeho proměny v Pražském městském regionu. Zahrnuta je i věková struktura porovnávající vývoj obyvatelstva ve třech obdobích. Stěžejní část práce analyzuje vnitřní a zahraniční migraci v zázemí Prahy a vztah migrace s přirozeným přírůstkem porovnávající vývoj v Pražském městském regionu a Česku. K tomu byla využita individuální anonymizovaná data ve správě Českého statistického úřadu. V poslední části práce je vyhodnocena migrace generace Y a migrace seniorů v zázemí Prahy, jež jsou významné pro vývoj sledovaného regionu.
