Vzdělávací programy v českých knihovnách a jejich účastníci se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami

Abstract

The bachelor thesis describes and defines cultural and educational programs in libraries and the possibilities of their adaptation or opening to groups of people with special needs. Its main goal is to explore Czech libraries' opportunities to open events to these people and suggests ways of solving the problematic situations specified. The theoretical part describes Czech libraries, their history, legislation that regulates their services, and the programs they organize. It also characterizes services to people with special needs, which is subsequently applied to the library environment. The last chapter discusses cultural and educational programs in Danish libraries, which opens up new possibilities for transforming these services in libraries in the Czech Republic. The research part evaluates the results of qualitative research carried out with the help of semi-structured interviews with respondents from ten selected regional libraries. The research was executed in regional libraries because of their wider financial, personnel, and spatial possibilities and the influence they have on smaller libraries in the regions through regional functions. Bakalářská práce popisuje a definuje kulturní a vzdělávací programy v knihovnách a možnosti jejich přizpůsobení nebo otevření skupinám osob se specifickými potřebami. Klade si za cíl zmapovat možnosti českých knihoven v otevírání akcí těmto lidem a navrhnout cesty k řešení zjištěných problematických situací. Teoretická část definuje české knihovny, jejich historii, legislativu upravující jejich služby, a programy, jež pořádají. Dále se zabývá problematikou služeb osobám se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a jejich aplikací na prostředí knihoven. Důležitou kapitolou je pojednání o kulturních a vzdělávacích programech v dánských knihovnách, které otevírá nové možnosti proměny těchto služeb v knihovnách České republiky. V praktické části jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu realizovaného s pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s respondenty z deseti vybraných krajských knihoven. Výzkum byl proveden v krajských knihovnách z důvodu jejich širších finančních, personálních i prostorových možností a na základě vlivu, který mají na menší knihovny v krajích skrze regionální funkce. Přestože se jedná o knihovny na stejné úrovni, každá je definována jedinečným přístupem ke svému poslání. Díky rozmanitosti vzorku bylo nasbíráno velké množství dat vedoucích k zajímavým výsledkům.
