Emancipace Kazachstánu od hegemonie Ruska po anexi Krymu

Abstract

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the emancipation of Kazakhstan from the hegemony of Russia in the period following the annexation of Crimea. The annexation of Crimea seriously damaged the global security architecture, because of which Kazakhstan began to worry about its position on the international political scene. Among the Central Asian states, it is Kazakhstan that is most oriented towards Russia. Then, since 2014, Russia's aggressive rhetoric regarding Kazakhstan's legitimacy and pro- Russian claims on the issue of border disputes between Russia and Kazakhstan began. Specifically, this is happening in the northern part of Kazakhstan, where these disputes continue to this day. It is this rhetoric that is perceived in Kazakhstan as a threat and a warning to the Russian world. For at least the last five years, Kazakhstan has been trying to build its international policy and build relations with world powers such as the US, the EU, China, and Turkey. The bachelor thesis will therefore subsequently examine the research question: Is it possible for a multi-vector foreign policy to lead to Kazakhstan's emancipation from Russia? Anotace: Tématem bakalářské práce je emancipace Kazachstánu od hegemonie Ruska v období následujícím po anexi Krymu. Anexe Krymu vážně poškodila globální bezpečnostní architekturu, v jejímž důsledku se Kazachstán začal starat o své postavení na mezinárodní politické scéně. Mezi státy Střední Asie je to právě Kazachstán, který je nejvíce orientován na Rusko. Od roku 2014 pak začíná ruská agresivní rétorika, která se týká legality Kazachstánu a proruských tvrzení o problematice hraničních sporů mezi Ruskem a Kazachstánem. Konkrétně se tak děje v severní časti Kazachstánu, kde tyto spory trvají dodnes. Právě tato rétorika je v Kazachstánu vnímána jako hrozba a varování před ruským světem. Alespoň posledních pět let se Kazachstán snaží budovat svou mezinárodní politiku a buduje vztahy se světovými mocnostmi jako jsou USA, EU, Čína a pak Turecko. Bakalářská práce bude tedy zkoumat otázku: Je možné, aby multivektorová zahraniční politika vedla k emancipaci Kazachstánu od Ruska? Jak bylo avizováno, práce bude zkoumat rusko-kazašské vztahy v časovém úseku po anexi Krymu, a to až do současného období. V průběhu své práce budu postupně zkoumat multivektorové politiky z pohledu neorealistické teorie, ve které se státy snaží hrát v různých subregionálních arénách nebo působit v různých oblastech současně.
