This drastic change can be attributed to the arrival of an unprecedented weapon that profoundly transformed the fundamental relation of powers between nations. Tuto drastickou změnu lze připsat příchodu bezprecedentní zbraně, která hluboce proměnila základní vztah mocností mezi národy.
