Pozice sociálního pedagoga na základní škole

Abstract

(in English): The topic of this diploma thesis is the position of a social pedagogue in primary school. In the theoretical part, the diploma thesis familiarizes the reader more closely with the content of the work of a social pedagogue in general, with a specific focus on the primary school settings. It deals in more detail with their competencies, education and cooperation with other subjects. It highlights the indispensable function that social pedagogues fulfil in elementary schools. The work is based on a qualitative research strategy, on the semi-structured interview technique. The aim of the thesis is to demonstrate the necessity of social pedagogues in primary schools and how they assist not only students and their families, but also primary school workers and are sought after by other institutions.

(česky) Tématem této diplomové práce je pozice sociálního pedagoga na základní škole. V teoretické části diplomová práce seznamuje čtenáře blíže s náplní práce sociálního pedagoga všeobecně, dále se zaměřením na základní školu. Podrobněji se věnuje jeho kompetencím, vzdělání a kooperaci s dalšími subjekty. Představuje jeho nepostradatelnou funkci, kterou na základní škole plní. Práce je založena na kvalitativní výzkumné strategii, na technice polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Cílem práce je poukázat na to, jak je sociální pedagog na základní škole potřebný a jakým způsobem pomáhá nejen žákům, jejich rodinám, ale i pracovníkům na základní škole a také jak je vyhledávaný ostatními institucemi.
