Sociálně pedagogická podpora klientů centra duševního zdraví pro děti a adolescenty

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the social and pedagogical support of the clients of the Mental Health Centre for Children and Adolescents. The topic was chosen so that the content of the diploma thesis would contribute to the development of the practice of this centre. Its objective is to find out the possibilities of implementation the social pedagogical support of the centre's clients in the case management of clients. To fulfil the set objective, the work deals with the support of the biopsychosocial health of the clients of this centre using available resources within the multidisciplinary community network. In the theoretical part of the work, the concept of the Mental Health Centre for Children and Adolescents is presented, including the multidisciplinary staffing of the team. In the context of mental health, the psychosocial difficulties of the centre's clients are mentioned and prospects of social and pedagogical support for clients with the possibility of using community resources are proposed. Předmětem diplomové práce je sociálně pedagogická podpora klientů Centra duševního zdraví pro děti a adolescenty. Záměrem volby tématu je, aby diplomová práce svým obsahem přispěla k rozvoji praxe tohoto centra. Jejím cílem je zjistit, jak lze realizovat sociálně pedagogickou podporu klientů centra při případovém vedení klientů. V rámci naplnění vytyčeného cíle se zabývá podporou biopsychosociálního zdraví klientů tohoto centra s využitím dostupných zdrojů v rámci multidisciplinární komunitní sítě. V teoretické části práce je představen koncept Centra duševního zdraví pro děti a adolescenty včetně multidisciplinárního obsazení týmu. V kontextu duševního zdraví jsou zmíněny psychosociální obtíže klientů centra a navrženy možnosti sociálně pedagogické podpory klientů s možností využití komunitních zdrojů. Empirická část diplomové práce se v případových studiích snaží zjistit, jakým způsobem lze zajistit sociálně pedagogickou podporu klientům Centra duševního zdraví pro děti a adolescenty. Pokouší se prostřednictvím příběhu klienta a funkční analýzy chování definovat hypotézu o účelu chování v důsledku nenaplněných primárních potřeb.
