Proměna vnímání feminismu v českých literárních časopisech v desátých letech 21.století

Abstract

This thesis examines the change in the perception of feminism on the pages of three Czech literary magazines between 2011 and 2020, i.e. in the 2010s. The thesis includes a brief presentation of the historical development of the women's movement in a global perspective and in the context of the Czech territory, as well as the theoretical definition of the concepts of feminism and gender. An important part of the thesis is also a presentation of the current perception of feminism in Czech society and the events that have shaped the image of feminism in the Czech Republic since the early 1990s. Furthermore, the thesis reflects on contemporary Czech literature and its relationship to feminism, including personalities occupying strong points of view on different poles. The whole theoretical background is then used in the analysis of three particular literary journals: A2, Host and Tvar. In these literary magazines, texts dealing with feminist topics are captured through content analysis. Subsequently, these texts are further processed and categorized. The aim of the analysis is to provide the most possible up-to-date image of the perception and presentation of feminism on the Czech literary scene, but also to find out, whether and to what extent the literary magazines deal with the topic. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá proměnou vnímání feminismu na stránkách tří českých literárních časopisů mezi lety 2011 a 2020, tedy v desátých letech 21. století. Součástí práce je stručné představení historického vývoje ženského hnutí v globální perspektivě i v kontextu českého prostoru, stejně jako teoretické vymezení konceptů feminismu a genderu. Důležitou součástí práce je také představení dnešního vnímání feminismu v české společnosti a událostí, které od počátku 90. let formovaly obraz feminismu v České republice. Dále je v práci reflektována současná česká literatura a její vztah k feminismu, včetně osobností zastávající silné pozice na různých názorových pólech. Celé teoretické zázemí je v práci následně využito při analýze tří konkrétních literárních periodik: A2, Hostu a Tvaru. V těchto literárních časopisech jsou pomocí obsahové analýzy zachyceny texty, které se věnují feministickým tématům. Následně jsou tyto texty dále zpracovávány a kategorizovány. Cílem analýzy je přinést co nejvíce aktuální obraz o vnímání a prezentaci feminismu na české literární scéně, ale také zjistit, jestli a v jakém rozsahu se tématu literární periodika věnují. Analýza pokrývá rozmezí deseti let a má tak potenciál zachytit dlouhodobé trendy či změny.
