Spolupráce veřejné správy a neziskového sektoru v oblasti aktivizace seniorů v Praze

Abstract

This diploma thesis titled "Cooperation of public administration and non-profit sector in the field of activation of seniors in Prague" deals with the analysis of non-profit organizations operating in the field of activation of seniors in the territory of the capital city of Prague. The aim of the project was to identify cooperation between the main actors, namely the NGOs, municipalities, the City of Prague and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. The theoretical part of the thesis defines basic concepts such as demographic ageing, activation of the elderly, non-profit organisation and public administration. Next, the thesis presents the current situation in the Czech Republic, providing more detailed information on the functioning of non-profit organizations and their forms, the age structure of the Czech population, strategic documents dealing with population ageing and, of course, a description of specific organizations involved in the activation of seniors in Prague. The data was collected through semi-structured interviews with NGOs and municipalities. Tato diplomová práce s názvem "Spolupráce veřejné správy a neziskového sektoru v oblasti aktivizace seniorů v Praze" se zabývá analýzou neziskových organizací působících v oblasti aktivizace seniorů na území hlavního města Prahy. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jak konkrétně funguje spolupráce mezi neziskovými organizacemi a veřejnou správou, kterou v tomto případě reprezentovaly především městské části, Magistrát hl. m. Prahy a Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, jako například demografické stárnutí, aktivizace seniorů, nezisková organizace či veřejná správa. Dále se v práci uvádí současný stav v České republice, kde jsou uvedeny podrobnější informace o fungování neziskových organizací a jejich formách, dále pak o věkové struktuře českého obyvatelstva, strategických dokumentech, které se zabývají stárnutím obyvatelstva a samozřejmě i popis konkrétních organizací, které se aktivizaci seniorů v Praze věnují. Data byla získávána pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s neziskovými organizacemi a městskými částmi. Výstupem z těchto rozhovorů je konkrétní popis fungování spolupráce mezi jednotlivými úrovněmi veřejné správy v Praze, což v sobě zahrnuje vztahy, ne/formalitu jednání, iniciativu, výhodu osobních známostí apod.
