Utváření autority v ženském volejbale: vliv genderu na budování mocenských technik a strategií v trenérství

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis is about the influence of gender on the construction of power techniques or strategies that female volleyball coaches use to build their authority. It analyses the attitudes of male and female coaches towards their trainees and their interaction with them, but also with other coaches within the framework of cooperation in one team. The thesis focuses on the individual findings of the interviewed respondents who influence the building of authority and communication with the wards of the performance level of volleyball. The work is based on the assumption that women and men, depending on gender, bring different methods to sport through which they shape their authority and communication. In the theoretical part, gender and the sports environment which is associated with masculinity are discussed (Connell, 1995). Furthermore, attention is paid to the role of the coach and his competencies, including the concept of authority and its distribution, which in the coach's position is central to cooperation with the trainees. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem genderu na budování mocenských technik nebo strategií, které trenéři a trenérky ženského volejbalu využívají k utváření své autority. Analyzuje postoje trenérů a trenérek k jejich svěřenkyním a interakci s nimi, ale i s ostatními trenéry v rámci spolupráce u jednoho týmu. Práce se zaměřuje na individuální poznatky oslovených respondentů a respondentek majících vliv na budování autority a komunikaci se svěřenkyněmi výkonnostní úrovně volejbalu. Práce vychází z předpokladu, že ženy a muži v závislosti na genderu vnáší do sportu jiné metody, skrze které formují svou autoritu a komunikaci. V teoretické části je rozebrán gender a sportovní prostředí, které je asociované s maskulinitou (Connell, 1995). Dále je pozornost věnována roli trenéra a jeho kompetencím včetně konceptu autority a jejímu rozdělení. Autorita je v pozici trenéra stěžejní pro spolupráci se svěřenkyněmi. Práce byla zpracována prostřednictvím kvalitativních výzkumných metod. Data byla získávána pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s trenéry a trenérkami ženského volejbalu. Jejich výpovědi a postoje byly podpořené nezúčastněným pozorováním. Všechna vytvořená data byla analyzována obsahovou tematickou analýzou a následně interpretována.
