Genderové rozdíly při vytváření sociálního kapitálu územních komunit na Táborsku

Abstract

The presented work deals with the topic of gender differences in the creation of social capital of territorial communities in the Tábor district. The main goal of the research is the analysis and evaluation of the process of social capital formation with a focus on gender differences among actors of the local political elite in the Tábor district. The assumption of differences during the formation of social capital of actors from the perspective of gender is based on a review and discussion of general starting points. The main concepts addressed in the first part of the work are the concept of gender itself and its formation during life, the related gender stereotypes in society, social capital and its formation, forms, or measurement. Last but not least, the work deals with the discussion of women's political participation in the Czechia. In the empirical part of the work, I will first focus on achieving the partial goal of the work, namely the analysis and evaluation of women's representation in municipal politics in the Tábor district, emphasizing the explanation of conditions that are crucial for women's entry into municipal politics. Předkládaná práce se zabývá tématem genderových rozdílů při vytváření sociálního kapitálu územních komunit na Táborsku. Hlavním cílem výzkumu je analýza a hodnocení procesu formování sociálního kapitálu se zaměřením na genderové rozdíly mezi aktéry lokální politické elity na Táborsku. Předpoklad rozdílů během utváření sociálního kapitálu aktérů z pohledu genderu je opírán o rešerši a diskuzi obecných východisek. Hlavními řešenými koncepty v první části práce je samotný pojem gender a jeho formování během života, s tím spojené genderové stereotypy ve společnosti, sociální kapitál a jeho utváření, formy či měření. V neposlední řadě se práce věnuje diskuzi o politické participaci žen v Česku. V empirické části práce se nejprve zaměřím na naplnění dílčího cíle práce, a to na analýzua hodnocení zastoupení žen v komunální politice na Táborsku s důrazem na vysvětlení podmíněností, které jsou klíčové pro vstup žen do komunální politiky. O jeho splnění jsem se snažila skrze kvantitativní výzkum, a to sběrem a analýzou dat o všech 110 obcích na Táborsku mezi lety 1994-2022. Pro splnění tohoto cíle jsem si stanovila tři předpoklady.
