Bosenská diaspora v očích Sarajevanů - emigrační percepce a stereotypy

Abstract

Diplomová práce pod názvem "Bosenská diaspora v očích Sarajevanů - emigrační percepce a stereotypy" přibližuje obraz bosenské diaspory a veřejné mínění o ní z perspektivy Sarajevanů. Jedná se o sociopsychologický kvalitativní výzkum na základě analýzy 18 polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s obyvateli Sarajeva. Za využití existujících teoretických konceptů je primárním cílem prozkoumat a vyjmenovat nejrozšířenější stereotypy o bosenské diaspoře, bez ohledu na to, zda se jedná o válečné uprchlíky nebo o ekonomické emigranty. Práce též představuje pokus o identifikaci hlavních důvodů jejich existence, udržení a hledá možné návrhy na jejich odstranění. Zda je odchod v očích Sarajevanů legitimní, zda diaspora žije lépe, jak ji ovlivnil život na "Západě" a nakolik jsou si Sarajevané vědomi potenciálu a přínosů, který představuje diaspora pro Bosnu a Hercegovinu jsou některými z otázek na které tato práce hledá odpověď. Politický a etnický rozměr diaspory nejsou předmětem výzkumu, jelikož kulturní stereotypy o bosenské diaspoře nerozlišují mezi různými etnicitami. Pro dotvoření celkového kontextu jsou zahrnuty i emigrační trendy Bosny a Hercegoviny a pojem bosenské diaspory je definován pomocí stanovených kritérií. The master's thesis entitled "Bosnian diaspora through the eyes of Sarajevans - perceptions of emigration and stereotypes" brings a closer view of the Bosnian diaspora and public opinion about it from the perspective of Sarajevans. It represents a socio-psychological qualitative research based on the analysis of 18 semi-structured interviews with the inhabitants of Sarajevo. Using existing theoretical concepts, the primary goal is to explore and list the most widespread stereotypes about the Bosnian diaspora, regardless of whether they are war refugees or economic emigrants. The thesis also represents an attempt to identify the main reasons for their existence and maintenance and looks for possible proposals for their elimination. Whether the departure is legitimate in the eyes of Sarajevans, whether the diaspora lives better, how it was affected by life in the "West" and to what extent Sarajevans are aware of the diaspora's potential and benefits for Bosnia and Herzegovina are some of the questions this thesis seeks to answer.
