Střídavá péče a základní předpoklady pro její fungování ze sociálně-pedagogického pohledu

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je Střídavá péče a základní předpoklady pro její fungování ze sociálně-pedagogického pohledu. Cílem této teoreticko-empirické diplomové práce je zjistit, za jakých okolností může střídavá péče fungovat a jaký je aktuální status střídavé péče ve společnosti. Teoretická část se v první kapitole věnuje problematice rozvodu, jakožto rozšířené společenské skutečnosti, a dále pak jednotlivým typům porozvodového uspořádání, co se péče o dítě týče. Další kapitola shrnuje rozsáhlé zahraniční výzkumy věnující se vhodnosti střídavé péče a zmínka je taktéž o výhodách a nevýhodách tohoto uspořádání. Dále se věnujeme aktuálnímu stavu střídavé péče, jejímu statusu v kontextu českého právního systému, jejímu společenskému vnímání v České republice a v závěru pak možnostmi, jak zajistit, aby rozvod nepřipomínal boj na bitevním poli. Cílem empirické části je ověřit platnost základních předpokladů pro fungující střídavou péči objevujících se v závěru studie Anji Steinbach - Children's and Parents' Well-Being in Joint Physical Custody: A Literature Review (Gilmore 2006, citováno dle Steinbach, 2019). The theme of this diploma thesis is Shared custody and basic preconditions for its fonctionnement from the socio-pedagogical point of view. The aim of this theoretical-empirical work is to find out in which preconditions can the shared custody fonction and what is the current status of shared custody in society. The first chapter of the theoretical part focuses on divorce as a widespread social phenomenon as well as on different types of child custody arrangements. The following chapter summarizes the extensive foreign research regarding the suitability of shared custody and mentions advantages and disadvantages of this arrangement. Furthermore, the current status of shared custody is presented, namely its position in the Czech legal system and its social perception in the Czech Republic. Finally, the possibilities of separating divorce from the image of a battlefield are being discussed.
