Pohled na poskytování služeb nestátních neziskových organizací ze strany seniorské bezdomovecké populace

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou neziskových organizací, zaměřených na pomoc seniorním osobám bez domova či osobám v jinak tíživé situaci. V teoretické části nalezneme ukotvení tématu v literatuře a definice zkoumaných témat, kterými jsou teorie vzniku občanské společnosti, definice bezdomovectví, jeho formy a příčiny, možnosti řešení bezdomovecké situace a právní ukotvení v České republice. Praktická část je zaměřena na získání potřebných dat z narativních rozhovorů v oslovené organizaci zabývající se pomocí seniorům bez domova v Praze. Za pomoci rozhovorů byly zjištěny informace ohledně využití služeb neziskových organizací, jak se klienti do této životní situace dostali a jaké jsou jejich další možnosti. V závěru práce je uvedena komparace zjištění z rozhovorů s klienty azylového domu a doporučení pro možné vylepšení poskytovaných služeb.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of non-profit organizations focused on helping senior homeless senior people or people in otherwise difficult situations. In the theoretical part, we will find the anchoring of the topic in the literature and the definition of the researched topics, which are the theory of the emergence of civil society, the definition of homelessness, its forms and causes, the possibilities of solving the homeless situation and legal anchoring in the Czech Republic. The practical part is focused on obtaining the necessary data from narrative interviews in the targeted organization dealing with helping homeless seniors in Prague. With the help of interviews, information was obtained regarding the use of the services of non-profit organizations, how the clients got into this life situation and what their other options are. At the end of the thesis, a comparison of findings from interviews with clients of the asylum and recommendations for possible improvement of the services provided is given.
