Sudetoněmecký landsmanšaft v 21. století v ČR a SRN

Abstract

The diploma thesis "Sudetendeutsche Landsmannschaft in the 21st century in the Czech republic and Germany" deals with the position and influence of this organization on present Czech-German relationship. In the theoretical part of this work there is described the creation, structure, aims and needs as well as present problems of Sudetendeutsche Landsmannschaft. Further in the text is the analysis of the position of this organization in the Czech Republic and in Germany. The cooperation of the representatives of Sudeten Germans with German political parties and the attitude of Czech and German governments towards this association is the main part of the second - 4 - chapter. The last chapter deals with the influence of Sudetendeutsche Landsmannschaft, especially of sudetendeutsche question, on the selected periods of Czech-German relationship. Strained elections in 2002 and complicated entry of the Czech Republic to the European Union which was caused by the attempts of the Sudetendeutschen representatives to violate the Beneš Desrees approved that Czech-German relationship on the government degree can be cooled under some circumstances. Diplomová práce "Sudetoněmecký landsmanšaft v 21. století v ČR a SRN" pojednává o postavení a vlivu této organizace na současné česko-německé vztahy. V teoretické části práce je popsán vznik, vývoj, struktura, cíle a požadavky jakož i současné problémy Sudetoněmeckého landmanšaftu. V textu je dále analyzováno postavení této organizace v České republice a Spolkové republice Německo. Spolupráce zástupců sudetských Němců s německými politickými stranami a přístup obou vlád k tomuto sdružení je stěžejní částí druhé kapitoly. Poslední kapitola se zabývá vlivem Sudetoněmeckého landmanšaftu, potažmo sudetoněmecké otázky, na vybrané kapitoly česko-německých vztahů. Napjaté volby v roce 2002 a komplikovaný vstup České republiky do Evropské unie vyvolaný snahou zástupců sudetských Němců zrušit tzv. Benešovy dekrety byl důkazem, že vzájemné česko-německé vztahy se mohou za určitých podmínek na vládní úrovni ochladit. Deset let existence Česko-německé deklarace dokazuje, že českoněmecké vztahy jsou z dlouhodobého komplexního pohledu velmi dobré a Sudetoněmecký landsmanšaft po vstupu České republiky do Evropské unie ztratil definitivně svůj politický vliv.
