Abstract

(in English): The aim of this thesis is to find out how the social system treats people caring for people with autism spectrum disorders and challenging behaviour with physical aggression, and which institutional and informal support it offers and provides. The first part of the thesis focuses on autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disability, challenging behaviour and physical aggression. This part of the thesis serves mainly to put into context the demands of caring for these individuals. What caring entails, how a person with this disability manifests themselves and the justifiable need for quality support from the social system. The second part of the thesis describes what support resources the state has at its disposal to facilitate the care of legal representatives. The last part of the theoretical part focuses on social services. Social services are an indispensable tool in assisting legal representatives. The thesis deals with the availability of these services for the target group and their possible improvement. Furthermore, the issue of measures restricting the movement of persons that may occur in social services. (česky) Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak se k osobám pečujícím o lidi s poruchami autistického spektra a chováním náročným na péči s projevy fyzické agrese, staví sociální systém, jakou institucionální a neformální podporu jim nabízí a zajišťuje. V první části se práce věnuje problematice poruch autistického spektra, mentálního postižení, chování náročného na péči a projevům fyzické agrese. Tato část práce slouží zejména k uvedení do kontextu náročnosti péče o tyto osoby. Co péče obnáší, jak se člověk s tímto znevýhodněním projevuje a odůvodněná potřeba kvalitní podpory ze strany sociálního systému. V druhé části práce je popsáno, jakými podpůrnými prostředky stát disponuje a ulehčuje péči zákonným zástupcům. Poslední část teoretické části je zaměřena na sociální služby. Sociální služby jsou v pomoci zákonným zástupcům nezastupitelným nástrojem. Práce se zabývá dostupností těchto služeb pro cílovou skupinu a jejich možným zkvalitněním. Dále poté problematice opatření omezující pohyb osob, které se může v sociálních službách vyskytnout. Ve výzkumné části se práce věnuje tématu, jak zákonní zástupci toto jednání prožívají, jak ho zvládají a jak jim sociální systém péči ulehčuje a zda je to dle jejich názoru/zkušenosti dostačující.
