Žadatelé o mezinárodní ochranu v České republice a jejich uplatnění na trhu práce

Abstract

This thesis deals with the possibilities of employment of Asylum seekers on the labour market in the Czech Republic. I analyse this issue from the perspective of the workers of the Organisation for Aid to Refugee (hereinafter referred to as the OAR), whose task is to assist Asylum seekers on the labour market. I set three research questions, one main and two secondary. They focus on the overall perspective of the participants, the OAR workers, on the issue of employment of the Asylum seekers, to identify the barriers perceived by the participants in their efforts to integrate their clients into the labour market. I was also interested in their suggestions for possible changes that would improve the chances of the target group in the labour market. This thesis includes a qualitative research inquiry, which is conducted in the form of semi-structured interviews with participants. The results of the interviews are subsequently processed using the method of thematic analysis in order to provide answers to the research questions. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi uplatnění Žadatelů o mezinárodní ochranu (dále jen Žadatel o MO) na trhu práce v České republice. Tuto problematiku analyzuji z pohledu pracovníků Organizace pro pomoc uprchlíkům (dále jen OPU), jejichž úkolem je Žadatelům o MO při uplatnění na pracovním trhu pomáhat. Stanovila jsem si tři výzkumné otázky, jednu hlavní a dvě vedlejší. Zaměřují se na celkový pohled participantů, pracovníků OPU, na problematiku zaměstnávání Žadatelů o MO, na zjištění bariér, které vnímají participanti při snaze začlenit své klienty na trh práce. A zajímaly mě i jejich návrhy možných změn, jež by zlepšily šance cílové skupiny při uplatnění na pracovním trhu. Součástí této diplomové práce je kvalitativní výzkumné šetření, jež je realizováno formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s participanty. Výstupy z rozhovorů jsou následně zpraco- vány metodou tematické analýzy tak, aby bylo možné získat na jejich základě odpovědi na výzkumné otázky. Osm participantů, které jsem vybrala z řad pracovníků OPU, má osobní zkušenost s cílovou skupinou Žadatelů o MO. Jedná se o čtyři právníky a čtyři sociální pracovníky.
