Dopady nouzového stavu na kvalitu života divadelních herců

Abstract

The diploma thesis is mainly devoted to the quality of life of theater workers during the period of two new states in the Czech Republic in the spring and winter of 2020-2021. The aim of this work is to map the experiences of theater actors and to gain a deeper understanding of their experiences with the closing of theaters. We are also interested in what helps theater actors during this period and whether and how they perceived the differences in their experiences in the first and second state of emergency. The theoretical part of the work is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is briefly devoted to terminological definition, the next chapter is focused on crises, extraordinary events and related topics, the third chapter is dedicated to the quality of life with a focus on the quality of life during the covid-19 pandemic here and abroad. The last chapter is focused on theater, the actor's personality and the specifics of theater work. The theoretical part is followed by an empirical part with qualitative methodologies. To fulfill the research objective, we used interpretive phenomenological analysis as a research method. The research is conducted as a series of semi-structured interviews with twelve theater actors and actresses.

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na kvalitu života u divadelních herců v období dvou nouzových stavů v České republice v jarním a zimním období v roce 2020-2021. Cílem této práce je zmapování prožívání divadelních herců a hlubší pochopení jejich zkušenosti s uzavřením divadel. Zajímá nás také, co divadelním hercům v průběhu tohoto období pomáhalo a zda a jaké vnímali rozdíly v prožívání v prvním a druhém nouzovém stavu. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola se stručně věnuje terminologickému vymezení, další kapitola je zaměřena na krize, mimořádné události a s tím souvisejí témata, třetí kapitola je věnována kvalitě života se zaměřením na kvalitu života při pandemii covid-19 u nás i v zahraničí. Poslední kapitola je zaměřená na divadlo, osobnost herce a specifikum divadelní práce. Na teoretickou část navazuje empirická část s kvalitativní metodologií. Pro naplnění výzkumného cíle jsme jako výzkumnou metodu použili interpretativní fenomenologickou analýzu. Výzkum je proveden jako série polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s dvanácti divadelními herci a herečkami.
