Genderové rozdíly v delikvenci mládeže

Abstract

The main topic of this thesis youth delinquency, with focus on gender differences. Its main approach is to introduce the topic of youth delinquency using the Robert Agnew's (1992) General strain theory. Using this theory we will define and then test three hypotheses. The hypotheses will be tested on data collected within the ISRD-3 project in the Czech Republic. The structure of this thesis is divided into a theoretical part, in which we will first briefly introduce Strain theory. After that, we will focus more on introduction of the General strain theory. Then, the theoretical part will focus in more detail on the later General strain theory where gender perspective is discussed in detail. Conclusions of this gender perspective will be introduced at the end of this theoretical part. After that, three hypotheses will be defined and then we be tested in the analytical part of this thesis. Aim of this thesis is to test gender differences in juvenile delinquency. Tématem této diplomové práce je problematika delikvence mládeže, konkrétně genderových rozdílů. Jejím cílem je představit téma delikvence mládeže na pozadí obecné teorie kriminality Roberta Agnewa (1992) a následně na základě zmíněných teoretických poznatků vymezit a otestovat tři hypotézy. Testování hypotéz bude uskutečněno na datech sesbíraných v rámci projektu ISRD-3 v České republice. Struktura práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, ve které bude nejprve krátce představena teorie napětí (Strain theory). Poté se bude teoretická část detailněji soustředit na obecnou teorii napětí, která na ní navazovala. Na základě této teorie, i v návaznosti na její další rozšíření o genderovou perspektivu, budou na konci tohoto oddílu vymezeny tři hypotézy. Ty se budou zaměřovat na rozdíly v genderové perspektivě. Na teoretickou část bude navazovat analytický oddíl práce, ve které budou tyto hypotézy otestovány na datech ISRD-3 v rámci České republiky.
