Mezinárodní pracovní migrace do Irska, Německa a České republiky

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou mezinárodní pracovní migrace. Na základ sociologických migra ních teorií a koncept se pokouší vysv tlit anebo poukázat na ur ité trendy, které jsou typické pro soudobou migraci, a ilustrovat je na imigraci do t ech vybraných zemí - Irska, N mecka a eské republiky. Práce v nuje pozornost teoriím operujícím jak na makro, tak i na mikro (mezo) úrovni. První z nich je zastoupena klasickými migra ními teoriemi i teorií sv tového systému a konceptem globálních m st, který z ní vzešel, druhou pak reprezentuje nap íklad teorie sociálních sítí a sociálního kapitálu. Práce rovn ž p ibližuje nov se vyvíjející sm r v rámci migra ních studií, tzv. transnacionální migraci, a dále nasti uje aspekty ekonomické sociologie vztahující se k této problematice. Tato práce se dále zabývá problematikou soužití imigrant a spole nosti p ijímající zem , p edstavuje sociologické koncepty integrace a inkorporace a zkoumá i roli národní identity a jejího vnímání majoritní spole ností, stejn tak jako jejich p ístup k imigrant m. K tomu slouží p edevším data z výzkumu ISSP 2003 - Národní identita II. This study focuses on international labour migration. On the basis of sociological migration theories and concepts it aims to show and explain or identify trends typical for contemporary migration and present them on the migration processes in three selected countries- Ireland, Germany and the Czech Republic. The study refers to migration theories operating both on macro and micro (or mezzo) levels. Former is represented by classical migration theories or by the world-system approach and by the concept of global cities which is based on them. The latter is represented by the theories of social networks and social capital. The study also pinpoints to transnational migration, which represents a new trend and approach within migration studies. Furthermore it also takes into consideration some aspects of economic sociology and its analysis of migration. Moreover, this study challenges questions of co-existence of immigrants and "hosting societies", and introduces forms of integration and incorporation. It is also targeting on the role of national identity as well as perception of immigrants by the majority of the "hosting populations".
