Abstract

Title: Frozen shoulder syndrome - effective physiotherapeutic approaches: systematic review Objectives: The aim of this work was to determine from studies concerning the treatment of the primary form of frozen shoulder syndrome using physiotherapeutic methods and published in the last 10 years, which brings the best results in reducing pain, increasing range of motion and improving affected shoulder function. Methods: Randomized controlled studies (double and single-blind) dealing with the physiotherapeutic intervention of frozen shoulder treatment with a data range of publications from September 1, 2011 to August 31, 2021 were searched. 3 databases were selected for this purpose: Cochrane Library, PubMed and Web of Science. Articles could be written in English, Czech, German, Slovak or Spanish. Different names of the studied disease were chosen as key words: adhesive capsulitis, contracted shoulder, frozen shoulder and periarthritis. Only articles with most probands between the ages of 30 and 70 were included. Persons with associated shoulder joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis (excluding diabetes mellitus) were excluded. Název práce: Syndrom zmrzlého ramene - efektivní fyzioterapeutické přístupy: systematická rešerše. Cíl práce: Cílem této práce bylo vyvodit ze studií týkajících se léčby primární formy syndromu zmrzlého ramene pomocí fyzioterapeutických metod a publikovaných za posledních 10 let ty, které přináší nejlepší výsledky ve snížení bolesti, zvýšení rozsahu pohybu a zlepšení funkce postiženého ramene. Metody: Vyhledávány byly randomizované studie (dvojitě a jednoduše zaslepené) zabývající se fyzioterapeutickou intervencí léčby zmrzlého ramene s datovým rozmezím publikace od 1.9.2011 do 31.8.2021. K tomuto účelu byly vybrány 3 databáze: Cochrane Library, PubMed a Web of Science. Články mohly být psány v jazyce anglickém, českém, německém, slovenském nebo španělském. Za klíčová slova byly zvoleny rozličné názvy zkoumaného onemocnění: adhesive capsulitis, contracted shoulder, frozen shoulder a periarthritis. Zahrnuty byly jen články s většinou probandů nacházejících se ve věkovém rozmezí mezi 30 a 70 lety. Vyloučeny byly osoby s přidruženými nemocemi ramenního kloubu jako např. revmatoidní artritidy (vyjma diabetu mellitus). Analýzá vybraných článků byla provedena z přehledně sestavených tabulek pro jednotlivé studie a ze 3 souhrnných tabulek sdružujících jednotlivé fyzioterapeutické metody. Výsledky: Z 82...
