Sociální podnikání aneb sociální inkluze duševně nemocných na trh práce

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis, entitled Social Entrepreneurship aka the social inclusion of the mentally ill in the labour market, addresses the subject of social entrepreneurship and the position of the mentally ill on the labour market. The work describes the phenomenon of social entrepreneurship in general and subsequently also with a focus on the Czech Republic. The concept of recovery, which is related to social entrepreneurship, is also described. The methodological part of the work is conceived as a case study of a particular non-profit organisation, Fokus Praha, operating in the area of the subject matter examined in the Czech Republic. Content analysis of websites, social networks and available documents was conducted in this organization. In the practical part of the work, a combination of written interviews with the employees of the selected social enterprise under the organisation Fokus Praha and the subsequent hidden observation was carried out. Written interviews were analysed to identify the problems of the mentally ill in the field of employment and linked to the theory of recovery. The hidden observation was made in order to map the functioning of the social enterprise in practice, its differences from normal enterprise, as well as to identify the behaviour of mentally ill employees.

Tato bakalářská práce nesoucí název Sociální podnikání aneb sociální inkluze duševně nemocných na trh práce se věnuje tématu sociálního podnikání a postavení duševně nemocných na trhu práce. V práci je popsán fenomén sociálního podnikání obecně a následně také se zaměřením na Českou republiku. Dále je zde popsán koncept recovery, který je se sociálním podnikáním spjatý. Metodologická část práce je pojata jako případová studie konkrétní neziskové organizace Fokus Praha fungující v oblasti zkoumané problematiky v České republice. V této organizaci byla provedena obsahová analýza webových stránek, sociálních sítí a dostupných dokumentů. V praktické části práci byla provedena kombinace písemných rozhovorů se zaměstnanci vybraného sociálního podniku spadajícího pod organizaci Fokus Praha a následného skrytého pozorování v tomto podniku. Písemné rozhovory byly analyzovány pro identifikování problémů duševně nemocných v oblasti zaměstnání a propojeny s teorií recovery. Skryté pozorování bylo provedeno s cílem zmapovat fungování sociálního podniku v praxi, jeho odlišností oproti běžnému podniku, a také identifikovat chování duševně nemocných zaměstnanců.
