Case Study of Physiotherapy: Rehabilitation of patient after Ileostomy

Abstract

(English) The aim of this thesis is to clearly portray the rehabilitation process of a patient after an ileostomy. This work is divided into two parts: a theoretical aspect, and a practical aspect. The former consists of an introduction and theoretical information regarding the ileostomy and to determine a physiotherapeutic approach to the rehabilitation of the patient post-surgery. The latter presents the case study which includes the initial and final kinesiological examinations of the patient and day to day therapies that were undertaken as well as the results of said therapies. A conclusion is drawn to compare the initial and final kinesiological examinations, the results, and benefits of applying varied treatments to the patient.

Cílem této práce je názorně popsat rehabilitační proces pacienta po ileostomii. Tato práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou část. přístupu k rehabilitaci pacienta po operaci. Ten představuje případovou studii, která zahrnuje vstupní a závěrečné kineziologické vyšetření pacienta a každodenní terapie, které byly provedeny, a výsledky uvedených terapií. Závěrem je porovnáno vstupní a výstupní kineziologické vyšetření, výsledky a přínosy aplikace různých léčebných postupů pro pacienta.
