Abstract

Foreigners in the labor market in the Czech Republic Abstract The rigorous thesis deals with the position of foreigners on the labor market in the Czech Republic. At the beginning, the basic terms related to the topic of the thesis are defined and legal regulations governing the employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic, namely national, international and European, are analyzed. The third chapter is a key chapter, which is devoted to the legal regulation of individual types of residence permits in the Czech Republic, which are issued to foreign nationals, and the related issue of access of these foreign nationals to the labor market of the Czech Republic. In the next chapters, the author of thesis deals with interesting or problematic areas and institutes from her point of view. Chapter four is devoted to government- approved programs in the field of employment of foreigners, which have become an integral part of my law practice in the law firm due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Cizinci na trhu práce v České republice Abstrakt Rigorózní práce se zabývá postavením cizinců na trhu práce v České republice. Na začátku jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související se tématem práce a rozebrány právní přepisy upravující zaměstnávání cizinců na území České republiky a to vnitrostátní, mezinárodní i evropské. Třetí kapitola je kapitolou stěžejní, kdy je věnována právní úpravě jednotlivých typů pobytových oprávnění na území České republiky, které jsou vydávány cizím státním příslušníkům, a související otázce přístupu těchto osob na trh práce České republiky. V dalších kapitolách se autorka práce věnuje z jejího pohledu zajímavým nebo problematickým oblastem a institutům. Kapitola čtvrtá je věnována vládou schváleným programům v oblasti zaměstnávání cizinců, které se z důvodu pandemie Covid-19 staly nedílnou součástí koncipientské praxe autorky v advokátní kanceláři. Dále se v této práci autorka věnuje rozdílům a podobnostem mezi vnitropodnikovým převodem a vysíláním zahraničních pracovníků na území České republiky. Důležité je z pohledu tématu práce věnovat pozornost i institutu oznámení o změně zaměstnavatele či hlášence volného pracovního místa a povolení k zaměstnání.
