Vybrané kulturní aspekty migrace všeobecných sester do českých nemocnic

Abstract

(česky) Předmětem bakalářské práce je teoreticko-empirická analýza a interpretace pracovní migrace sester-cizinek do českých nemocnic. Zvláštní pozornost jsem při tom věnovala problematice adaptace sester-cizinek na nové prostředí a překážkám, kterým musí čelit v průběhu migračního procesu. V práci jsem uplatnila metodu případové studie s důrazem na kvalitativní výzkum formou polostrukturovaného interview. Výzkumný vzorek jsem získala pomocí tzv. "snowball" metody. S vybranými respondenty jsem realizovala rozhovory a následně jsem provedla jejich analýzu a interpretaci. K výběru tématu práce mě motivala skutečnost, že pracuji v oboru ošetřovatelství, což mi umožnilo přístup k respondentům a zasvěcenou interpretaci komplexních jevů v konkrétním pracovním prostředí. Předmětem práce bylo skrze zodpovězení zformulovaných výzkumných otázek popsat vybrané aspekty pracovních migrací sester cizinek do českých nemocnic. Hlavními výzkumnými otázkami bylo: zjistit, jaké jsou migrační vzorce sester-cizinek přicházejících do českých nemocnic, zda je možné popsat jejich zkušenost s migrací a zda moje zjištění odpovídají závěrům z vybrané odborné literatury. Na základě rešerše odborných zdrojů na téma pracovní migrace sester jsem rozšířila poznatky z jiných výzkumů na toto téma o vlastní empirickou sondu....

(in English): The subject of the bachelor thesis i a theoretical-empirical analysis and interpretation of labor migration of foreign nurses to Czech hospitals. Special attention was paid to the issue of adaptation of foreign nurses into new environment and to the obstacles that the must face during the migration process. In this thesis I applied a case study method with an emphasis on qualitative research using a form of a semi-structured interview. I obtained my research sample with the so-called "snowball" method. I conducted interview with selected respondents and then performed an analysis and interpretation of these interviews. My motivation to choose this topic was my own experience of working in the nursing field, which allowed me to get an access to respondents and to perform an informed interpretation of complex phenomena in a particular labor environment.
