3 Aplikace nouzového stavu v České republice v souvislosti s pandemií koronaviru Abstrakt Diplomová práce s názvem Aplikace nouzového stavu v České republice v souvislosti s pandemií koronaviru reaguje na aktuální dění okolo pandemie covidu-19. Koronavirová pandemie do jisté míry prověřila legitimitu nejen jednotlivých rozhodnutí, ale i samotné vlády. Diplomová práce poskytne náhled na pozadí pandemie v České republice. Zabývá se aplikací krizového nástroje nouzového stavu na pandemickou situaci a tím, jak je společností hodnocena legitimita tohoto mimořádného stavu a spolu s ním i přijatých restriktivních opatření. Práce se zaměří na faktory, které zásadně ovlivnily nazírání části obyvatelstva na restriktivní opatření vlády. 4 Implementation of the state of emergency in the Czech Republic during the coronavirus pandemic Abstrakt The thesis entitled "The application of the state of emergency in the Czech Republic in the context of the coronavirus pandemic" responds to the current events surrounding the Covid- 19 pandemic. The thesis provides insight into the background of the pandemic in the Czech Republic. The thesis examines the application of the state of emergency as a tool to tackle the pandemic situation and how the legitimacy of this state of emergency and the restrictive measures taken along with it are assessed by society. The thesis focuses on the factors that have fundamentally influenced the people's perception of the restrictive measures taken by the government. Indeed, trust in the anti-pandemic measures themselves are an important part of their effectiveness.
