Využití expresivních přístupů v sociální práci se seniory

Abstract

(česky) Tato diplomová práce s názvem Využití expresivních přístupů v sociální práci se seniory se zaměřuje na analýzu a vhled do problematiky aktivizačních činností a terapií poskytovaných v domovech pro seniory v České republice. V teoretické části definuje stáří, stárnutí, péči o seniory včetně pobytové služby pro seniory. Klade si za cíl poskytnout souhrn expresivních přístupů používaných v práci se seniory v domovech pro seniory. Věnuje se objasnění definicí, forem i metod těchto přístupů. Praktická část této práce problematiku uvádí do konkrétních souvislostí. Zjišťuje, jaké aktivizační činnosti a terapie jsou poskytovány a prakticky uskutečňovány v domovech pro seniory. Má formu kvalitativního výzkumu. Výzkumné otázky dílčí se zabývají vztahem klientů domovů pro seniory k expresivním technikám, zjišťují, které z nich hodnotí nejpozitivněji. Snaží se zjistit, zda jsou expresivní přístupy v práci se seniory nepostradatelnou složkou aktivizace. Závěr práce shrnuje celkovou situaci, která z šetření vyplývá. Nabízí doporučení pro práci se seniory formou expresivních metod.

(in English) This diploma thesis entitled The Use of Expressive Approaches in Social Work with Seniors focuses on the analysis and insight into the issue of activation activities and therapies provided in homes for the elderly, in retirement home, in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part, it defines old age, aging, care for the elderly, including residential services for seniors. It aims to provide a summary of expressive approaches used in working with seniors in homes for the elderly. It deals with the clarification of definitions, forms and methods of these techniques. The practical part of this thesis expands the issue into a real perspective. It investigates what activation activities and therapies are provided and practically carried out in homes for the elderly. It takes the form of qualitative research. Partial research objectives are to find out the relationship of clients of homes for the elderly to expressive techniques that they evaluate most positively; whether expressive approaches in working with seniors are an indispensable component of activation. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the overall situation resulting from the investigation. Offers recommendations for working with seniors in the form of expressive methods.
