Abstract

VEZENSKÁ DUCHOVNÍ PÉCE V CR RESUMÉ Bakalárská práce predstavuje a zhodnocuje soucasnou situaci týkající se duchovní péce o veznené osoby v Ceské republice. Úvodní kapitola pojednává o historii duchovní služby na území dnešní CR, kdy za výchozí bod je kladena 2. polovina 19. století, až do soucasnosti. Druhá kapitola nastinuje vývoj vezenského systému po roce 1989. Seznamuje s typy veznic v CR a nastinuje úcel výkonu trestu odnetíI svobody. Dále pojednává o specifikách výkonu vazby, která má oproti výkonu trestu. Ta vyplývají zejména z presumpce neviny, bezpecnostních požadavku a z požadavku na dodržení vazebních omezení. Tretí kapitola chce nacrtnout, co se rozumí pastorací, a pak se konkrétne zabývá specifiky pastorace ve vezenské službe. Jsou zde predloženy argumenty, proc lidem ve vezení venovat pastoracní ci duchovní péci. Následne porovnává sociální a pastoracní péci o veznené. Je zde predstaveno pojetí cloveka - vezne z krestanského úhlu pohledu a východiska pro pastoraci veznu s ohledem na rozdíly mezi odsouzenými a obvinenými, vcetne vlivu prostredí. Záver kapitoly seznamuje se specifiky pastorace mezi vezni s ohledem na požadavky kladené na duchovní a na úskalí, se kterými se lze pri pastoraci veznu setkat. Ctvrtá kapitola je venována dokumentum, které upravují duchovní péci ve vezenském prostredí...

Prison spiritual care in Czech Republic This bachelor thesis presents and reviews the current state of the spiritual care provided to the imprisoned people in Czech Republic. The introduction to the thesis deals with the history of prison spiritual care in Czech Republic. Chapter two outlines the development of the prison system after 1989. It describes the types of prisons in Czech Republic and explains the purpose of serving the term of imprisonment. The third chapter outlines the principles of pastoral care and focuses on the particulars of pastoral care provided to prisoners. The fourth chapter is dedicated to the documents that govern the spiritual care in the prison environment in terms of legal provisions as well as the internal regulations of the prison service. The last chapter discusses and evaluates the findings about the pastoral care in the prison environment from the point of view of the conciliar as well as post-conciliar documents that apply to the pastoral care in such environment.
