Aspektuálnost v japonštině

Abstract

Práce se pokouší zmapovat kategorii aspektuálnosti v japonském jazyce. Na začátku uvádí obecnou definicí aspektuálnosti a následně ji aplikuje v jazykovém kontextu japonštiny. V příslušných kapitolách popisuje jednotlivé roviny vyjádření aspektuálnosti. Detailně se zabývá kategoriemi gramatické času, vidu a modality a prostředky jejich vyjádření v japonském jazyce. Cílem práce je ukázat, že v japonštině, přestože nemá samostatnou gramatickou kategorii vidu jako čeština, se aspektuální významy vyjadřují, i když jinými jazykovými prostředky, než na jaké jsme v češtině zvyklí. Text práce je doplněn bohatým příkladovým materiálem ze současného jazyka.

This thesis strives to survey the category of aspectuality in Japanese. In the beginning the general definition of aspectuality is presented and consequently applied in the language context of Japanese. In respective chapters the thesis describes individual levels of expressing aspectual meaning. It provides a detail study in the categories of grammatical tense, aspect and modality and in their means in Japanese. The aim of the thesis is to show that in Japanese, although it does not assign a separate grammatical category of aspect as Czech language does, the aspectual meanings are being expressed, even if using different linguistic means than those used in Czech. The thesis contains many examples from the current language usage.
