Analýza bezpečnostních standardů zdravotnických zařízení v České republice

Abstract

This thesis is mainly focused on the security standards of the health facilities in the Czech Republic and on the precautions case study in the field of the security (the areas of the personal protection, of the property protection and of the personal data and diagnosis protection) in the concrete hospital. The thesis is opened with the theoretical part. It is attended to the specification of the key stone and basic concepts of the issue (security, safety analysis and audit, security standards, non-standard situations, safety measures) that allows readers to understand all of them in the proper way. The following chapters are focused on patient safety and health care in the Czech Republic and on the activities of the international organizations. Furthermore the chapters make reference to the International programmes of Accreditation of healthcare Organizations, ISO (standards of the International Organization for Standardization and technical standards). The second part is a case study. The aim of this practical part of the thesis is to discover, through a combination of the quantitative and qualitative research methods, the current security status in one specific Czech hospital. Tato práce se zabývá analýzou bezpečnostních standardů zdravotnických zařízení v České republice a výzkumem opatření v oblastech bezpečnosti (oblasti ochrany osob, ochrany majetku a ochrany osobních údajů) v konkrétní nemocnici. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů problematiky (bezpečnost, bezpečnostní analýza a audit, bezpečnostní standardy, nestandardní situace, bezpečnostní opatření. Následující kapitoly se zaměřují na bezpečnost pacientů a zdravotní péče v ČR a činnosti mezinárodních organizací. Dále zmiňuje Mezinárodní akreditační programy pro nemocnice, ISO normy a technické normy. Cílem praktické části je zjištění pomocí kombinace kvantitativních kvalitativních metod výzkumu zjištění současného stavu bezpečnosti v konkrétní nemocnici. Dalším záměrem práce bylo porovnání získaných poznatků ve vybraných oblastech bezpečnosti s platnými právními předpisy a zpracování návrhu opatření, které by vedly ke změně v organizaci.
