Problematika sekundární viktimizace u dětských obětí trestných činů se zvláštním přihlédnutím k hodnocení věrohodnosti dětského svědka

Abstract

Bakalářská práce "Problematika sekundární viktimizace u dětských obětí trestných činů se zvláštním přihlédnutím k hodnocení věrohodnosti dětského svědka" pojednává o viktimologickém pohledu na dítě jakožto svědka trestného činu. Práce se úzce vymezuje v problematice sekundárního týrání blízkým okolím oběti a orgány činnými v trestním řízení. Specifickým jevem je zde hodnocení věrohodnosti dětských svědků - obětí trestných činů sexuálního zneužívání, soudními znalci. Empirická část obsahuje vyhodnocení výzkumu v podobě sondy provedené mezi soudními znalci. Cílem výzkumu bylo přiblížit postoje a názory znalců v oblasti psychologie, pedopsychiatrie a klinické psychologie ohledně sekundární viktimizace, způsobu hodnocení věrohodnosti dětského svědka a reflexe jejich vlastní role v systému.

The bachelor thesis "Problems of Secondary Victimization of Children Crime Victims With Special Focus on Evaluation of Credibility of Child Witness " deals with the victimological view of a child as a witness of a criminal act. The thesis is specifically focused on the issue of secondary abuse by close environment of a victim and by the official bodies involved in investigation. Its unique attribute is evaluating of the credibility of a child witnesses - victims of criminal acts of sexual abuse - by forensic experts. The empirical part contains of a research interpretation in the form of a questionnaire completed by forensic experts. The aim of a research was to bring closer the attitudes and opinions of experts in the areas of psychology, pedopsychiatry and clinical psychology with regard to secondary victimization, methods of evaluating the credibility of child witness and reflection of their own position in the system. The research results show that the process of evaluating of credibility by forensic experts is not wholly objective, an indispensable part of the outcome of evaluation depends on personal traits of an expert, their motivation and time disposition.
